People walk out of a five-hour reset feeling lighter, clearer, more present. Then real life resumes. The inbox refills. The phone lights up. Sleep starts to drift. And within a few weeks, the old baseline quietly reasserts itself — because the underlying programme was never replaced. It was just paused.

That's not a willpower problem. That's how the nervous system works. A new state needs repeated practice, consistent inputs, and a small group of other humans doing the same thing — for long enough that the body stops defaulting to the old setting.

Eight weeks is the floor for that. Not because it's a magic number, but because it's the minimum window in which a daily practice becomes a felt habit, a weekly call becomes a reliable anchor, and the people in the cohort become a quiet form of accountability you can't get from an app.

The five-hour session is the entry experience — it gives your body a felt reference for what regulated actually means in a single afternoon. The 8-Week is the continuation. It takes that single session and builds it into a daily and weekly practice, with the live cohort, accountability, and integration support that turn the experience into a new baseline. Most people who do the 8-Week have already done the 5-hour reset. You don't have to, but it helps.

Roughly three to four hours a week. One two-hour live session with Pavel, around fifteen minutes a day for the implementation protocols, and one short cohort check-in. We've deliberately built it to fit inside a real schedule. People who tell us they're already too busy are usually the people who benefit most — the practices are designed to give you time back, not cost you more of it.

Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. The live calls are the ideal because of the group field and the real-time Q&A, but the 8-Week is built to work even if you can only make half of them live. The cohort community and the daily practices carry the work between calls.

The BDM Method™ — Breath · Dance · Meditation — is one of the core practices inside the eight weeks. It's the integration piece that ties the breathwork, movement, and meditation together into a single repeatable protocol. You'll practise it live during the programme and keep it as a daily tool afterwards.

Pricing is shared on the order page and on the fit call. We've kept it intentionally accessible relative to what live cohort programmes of this depth typically cost. Pavel's belief has always been that the people who need this most shouldn't be priced out of it.

Thursday, 16th July 2026 is the official start date. Live week-one materials open that morning and the first live call lands later in the week. The cohort runs for eight weeks from there. Lifetime access to all recordings and the alumni community continues after.

No. The practices draw from multiple traditions, but the programme is taught in a science-grounded, non-religious frame. Pavel's view is that the results matter more than the philosophy — and the results are what this is built around.
