The five-hour session is the entry experience — it gives your body a felt reference for what regulated actually means in a single afternoon. The 8-Week is the continuation. It takes that single session and builds it into a daily and weekly practice, with the live cohort, accountability, and integration support that turn the experience into a new baseline. Most people who do the 8-Week have already done the 5-hour reset. You don't have to, but it helps.
Roughly three to four hours a week. One two-hour live session with Pavel, around fifteen minutes a day for the implementation protocols, and one short cohort check-in. We've deliberately built it to fit inside a real schedule. People who tell us they're already too busy are usually the people who benefit most — the practices are designed to give you time back, not cost you more of it.
Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. The live calls are the ideal because of the group field and the real-time Q&A, but the 8-Week is built to work even if you can only make half of them live. The cohort community and the daily practices carry the work between calls.
The BDM Method™ — Breath · Dance · Meditation — is one of the core practices inside the eight weeks. It's the integration piece that ties the breathwork, movement, and meditation together into a single repeatable protocol. You'll practise it live during the programme and keep it as a daily tool afterwards.
